This way, as you win, you are banking some, rather than increasing the bets too precipitously. If you keep on winning, once you get to $200, push your increase up to $100 per round. If you are betting $100 and you win, increase the bet to $125. I suggest that instead of Martingale, you do a much more conservative game. Of course, I have won more than 8 hands in a row as well. I have personally lost more than 8 hands in a row. So you'd still have $100, after your 8th loss in a row. Sorry, I forgot, the hypothetical was that you had won $100 before this string of losses. This means that if your bankroll was "only" $25,500, you are now all in. Shagger, did you do the math that Oxygen8r alluded to? Did you see how quickly you will reach the table maximum, and how quickly your bankroll will give out? Just FYI, when you put up that 8th bet, after having lost 7 in a row, you have already lost $12,700, and your 8th bet will be in the amount of $12,800.
